Axolotl Gills

Hi all,

Just wanted to post a picture of my very healthy Axolotl,
Its funny how quickly he has recovered - seeing the first pictures compared to this one (I've had him for 3 weeks)

CONGRATS! Those gills look awesome! please post more pictures, Its so cool to see when animals make full recoveries from less than ideal conditions. Happy that he/shes found a great home

Wow what a difference! Those gills look fantastic

He is a handsome fellow. You obviously are taking good care of him. It's nice to see him recovered.

Its so funny,
now that his gills are looking nicer, he sits at the front of the tank every time i walk past - as if to show them off.
Its like he has a little self esteem now

I have attached one last picture for now, i'll attach a few more in the next couple of weeks - because im sure the gills will get even better than they are now
