Hi there, my axolotl is not eating, it has been around four days, I've checked the water, it's okay. I've bought new food, she hasn't really shown any signs of stress, where I am we're entering autumn. I have had her for nearly a year and she is is nearly a year old. thanks!

if all water parameters are fine and she is fit and healthy it could either be that she's not hungry or she is bored with the food, there is quite a lot of frozen and live food to choose from so I'm sure you will find something to peak her interest.

It would be helpful to know what you've been feeding her and what has been fed to her in the past and what the new food is. It could be she's a little picky of an eater too. I saw a guy on Reddit who's taking care of two axolotls at a university who only eat live mice (NOTE: you should not feed her anything just because another axolotl will only eat such or only eats such, especially since mammal meat is high in fat).

So it's possible that she liked the previous food but not the current food too, or, like wolfen has said, she might just not be hungry. Axolotls can go a couple of weeks without food.
