Hi, Lachesism here. Recently, I posted about my axolotl Arty- he wasn't doing too well, I thought for sure he was going to die, but it seems he's now recovered. He's not who I'm here to talk about, though; My second axolotl, Arty, who's also still very small (~2"?) won't eat. He's in a bare-bottom 10 gallon tank with 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, and nitrates are at about 5 ppm. Unfortunately, I don't have a filter for him, but I do daily water changes with water that I dechlorinate and then leave out for a couple hours, to ensure its the same temperature. His temperature is right at about 63.5 degrees Fahrenheit. He has one little castle hide in there with him, and I feed him frozen bloodworms. Well, I try to, but he doesn't seem to want to eat them. I've tried letting them free float, putting them in a little food dish, and I've even tried putting him in a sterile Tupperware container with dechlorinated water and just food floating about, but to no avail. He doesn't seem to have any fungi, and he's acting as normal as every axolotl should (at least, in my opinion). Does anyone know how I can encourage him to eat?
