Axolotl refuses to eat

Hello! My almost 2 year old axolotl has been refusing to eat since last Tuesday. It has been 6 days and I’m getting worried. The water params are ideal (Ammonia 0, Nitrate 0, Nitrite 0, pH ideal) and temp at 67° F.
Physically she looks fine, the only thing I can think of is that her tank mate bit her foot last Tuesday during feeding time. There wasn’t much damage except for like one tiny spot of blood.

unless the tank has had a full 100% water change (or there is another means of nitrate removal, ie.. plants, resin etc..) the nitrates shouldn't be zero.
what substrate (if any) is there?
what are you feeding her?
how is the tank oxygenated?
