Illness/Sickness: Axolotl Sick?

Hi everyone,

Just want an opinion on my Axi Hermes, it seems as though he has rot on his tail? But i'm not too sure, opinions are welcome! If anyone can advise me on possible treatment or medicines for him ASAP, that would be much appreciated.

Looks like it's been scratched. Check the tank for any sharp bits on decorations or sharp edges on fake plants. Keep the water under 18 degrees and make sure water parameters are all in check. It should help up in cool clean water
