Hi guys! I've had a lot of axos for a long time but have never seen any develop toes like this, she's over a few years old and the water parameters are great, and the only symptom seems to be the toes (she's eating great and acting normally/no other issues). Does anyone happen to know what it could be from/caused by? Thanks!

Man, I have no idea what that is. Can you give any photos of her whole body and her tank? With something like that, I assume like, ammonia but it cannot be that. Physical injury?

The tank is a recirculating system, the only things she has are half a pvc pipe and a silk plant, I don't think it's an injury although I did double check incase she'd just gotten her toes stuck under the pipe or something. Since it's not an injury, it's not the parameters (I did double check ammonia although I check it weekly), and as far as I can tell not some kind of fungus or parasite, I'm thinking it must just be some weird genetic thing she developed later in life or something? None of the other axos that are kept on the same system as her have anything like it either. Hasn't changed much over the last few days. (the bowl was just to take pics and she's always had crazy hair haha, also included front toe pics).

Man, I have NO IDEA why your axolotl's toes are like that. I sure hope someone with more experience can help on this.
