Axolotl tumours

Hey guys need some help if there is anything I can do for this axi I got him about 3 months ago from a pet store I thought he had a deformed tail when I first seen him but that’s is slowly looking more like he has tumours he was separated from my other to to be safe he eats fine super active and doesn’t seem bothered but it is spreading, my water parameters are all fine
