Illness/Sickness: Axolotl weak and floating

My 3 yr old axolotl-yin has recently been acting very weak over the past few days. She hasn't been eating for 5 days and only recently shes been going up for air about every five minutes, and always takes in so much air every time that she floats She used to make an effort to swim back down to the ground but now she'll just sit at the top and wont even look motivated to do anything.
I did a 50% water change about a week ago
water temp-22 degrees Celsius
Water Ph- 7.4
please help i don't know whats wrong with my axie

P.s. i have another axolotl in with her and the other ones been fine in this time.

What are your water parameters? Pretty much any time you post here for an axie problem you need to post parameters... ammonia, nitrites, nitrates....
