Axo's live hanging out :( help please

Hey everyone,

My axie is very very injured, i saw him this morning and he has a huge cut on his chest and his liver is hanging out beneath him, theres nothing he could have cut himself on so i have no idea how this happened

I dont know what to do please help!

If organs are outside of the body, it needs to be taken to the vet immediately. There are no quick fixes. Obviously there is something that caused it, otherwise it wouldn't have happened.
