Baby axi sick

Hey guys I just got a baby axi from a pet shop it's very tiny missing a limb and gills are almost all missing what can I do for it? I'd really hate to see it die. I have pictures on my phone but can seem to upload them.

Baby axolotls are known for nibbling each others limbs off so I'm sure theres nothing really to worry about. Keep your axie well fed, in clean, good quality water and everything should grow back on its own eventually!
