I just got my axolotl yesterday and have noticed it has 3 biggish white dots and am not sure if they are an infection or just pigment

They look like his skin colour to me, I've seen many like this, though I'm not too sure about that big white spot. Have they shown up over night?

They should be okay, just make sure they don't turn fluffy or up risen. Good luck.
