I've heard of gaining markings but marking dissappering?!?! Moomins beauty spot has just dissappered!
One day it was there then its just gone!Seriously hes been swaps by aliens or something haha!


Oh yeah and Moomin also appears to have a tumor or something on his side which is getting bigger. It bright red and about 2mm. What shall i do about it?

Can you post a picture of the tumor? You can search this forum to see what tumor-like growths others have had and how that worked out for them; you could also take Moomin to a vet.

Hey thanks :) My camera won't pick up the tumour though the glass. Rubbish bloody camera. I'll try searching whast u've sujected thanks :D
 
OOo i just looked on those threads and its nothing like any of them :S I tihnk the vets is a good idea ahah!

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
