Hi- I am very upset. I had 7 axis at the beginning of the year and within one week 3 died from an odd unknown reason. One is sick right now and Ive had another in the fridge hoping that it would save him.
It starts out that they begin to swell and turn bright red. Then blood blisters appear on their bodies, and before they die they start walking funny and biting themselves! None where harmed by another and this issue just pops up and kills them within hours!!
The whole time I have been checking my water parameters and I couldn't buy more perfect water!!?? They eat a diet of earthworms-- and after trying to figure out what it may be killing them I began to wonder if earthworms can carry parasites!!?? I buy my earth worms at the bait shop (used for fishing) could this be my problem!!???
Please help me if you know anything about these issues!!! I don't want to loose any more of my little dragons!! :(

This sounds very much like septacaemia - you need to get them to a vet for antibiotic injections.
Separate all your axies, scrub the tank and sterilise it.
Change your worms supplier - unlikely to be parasites but may be contamination.
