Blood?

Well i looked at my Axolotl, Mudkip and he has a small red spot under his month
And his tail is brownish red all over te place ( Top part of the tail)

Are you able to post a picture of Mudkip ?

Does he share a tank with anything else and what are your water readings for ammonia, nitrate, nitrite ?

He has no thank mates.
I did a quick test (It's pretty late here now)
And nitrate and nitrite is 0 can't test ammonia with it but i think it is 0.

I don't see anything wrong with your axolotl.

The spots on the tail look like spots where the blood vessels are near the surface and therefore look redder than the surrounding flesh. And the spot on the face could be the same or a small injury.

Ok, Also Mudkip has some bright yellow spots on him what are these?
