Illness/Sickness: Bloody feces?

Hi! My newtie was in its pond, then when I came back there was this red stuff all over. It looked like it came out of its butt.

It stopped eating a few days ago, but started eating frozen bloodworms again just yesterday. It ate today as well, little buddy seemed full.

It might be shedding right now. Is this vomit (probably not because it had a high chance of coming out of its butt), bloody egestion, fresh bloodworm feces, or some shedding problem?

Thanks! I'm really worried.

It looked sticky, slimy and had red particles.

Possibly red just from eating the bloodworms. Monitor the next couple days and try a different food and see if it continues to happen.
Is it acting abnormal or anything?
What do you normally feed besides bloodworms?
