I am told these are Orientalis, but I am not too sure about that...

They look like orientalis that were captive bred - unless they are fed appropriate food as froglets, they don't develop the deep orange/red bellies.
 
I agree,
they are pale orientalis, they have the pale toe tips which other bombina dont have.

Can you get them to fire up to that bright orange with a diet change? Or is it to late once they become adults?
