Question: Boy or girl????? Please help

I know you are all probably sick of this question and I apologize in advance for my ignorance but I would really love to confirm that Cesar is in fact all boy! the pet shop we bought him at last week said he is a boy but I thought I would ask the experts.

He is apparently about 1 year old. I measured him and he is about 18cm long and the tips of his toes are dark grey.

I hope at least one of the pics will be helpful

If all I had to go on was the face, I would swear that Cesar was female...

But, that is quite a distinct bulge to the cloaca region, so, I am going with my gut, and saying that I'm 96.8% sure that Cesar is a male.

And, 100% sure that Cesar is one beautiful axolotl.

He looks to me like his bulge has not yet fully 'bulged out'

He's very round too like a female would be.

Similar to my florence who i thought was female for 19 months.......
