Is she in a tub with other axies? Looks like maybe a sibling took a bite. It should heal fine with just clean, cool water and plenty of food. But keep an eye out for infections and more nippings.

Edit: Make sure they have plenty of space and food so they won't nip each other as much. The juveniles tend to be cannibalistic.

I agree with Keiko - looks like a bite.

Isolate the little axie until it heals, watch out for infection and fungus.
