Broken/Paralized front hand(foot).

My Axolotl came with a similar front leg condition, which i thought was something he'd have to just live with as he didnt use it or even look like he could. After 3 months he now has full use of this leg and it looks perfectly normal and when i first got him it was almost exactly like yours. So good feeding and care may help to bring it back to normal !
 
That does look a lot better, one of my axies also has a simular lump on his back and has had it for a while withought causing any problems, i think some individuals just develop random lumps and marks but i think it adds to character. hope this helps

He's already regained the use of the foot properly. Its now working fine and not in that awkward position.
Yeah Im quite sure the lump isnt a worry at the moment. I just diss him for having a mole on his back XD.
