Brown crested newts

I'd never seen T.vittatus of this light a shade of brown before (but then again I'm not all that familiar with bandeds). Is this all that common?

Are the two lighter ones leucistic?

My Vittatus look just like that. One of my males is that light color as well as all of my females.
