Hello!

I'd like to know if this white bump on his lip is normal. He's eating normally. Thank you!

Do you have any more photos? Maybe circle the part you're worried about.
The only thing I can see is the white stuff which may a damaged slime coat or fungus forming? These could indicate a wound. Someone with a more trained eye than me might be able to help more.
What are your water parameters and temperature?

The white skin is due to a cream given by a vet to treat a precious bump.

Oh wow!! Looks like it is starting to heal at least? The bump might just be the last bit of the wound?
I don't know about using creams on axolotls, I've never heard of it? What did the vet say was the original bump from? And why did they recommend a cream?

My axolotl had hit the glass, hence the bump. The drug was bayotic otic drops to apply on the bump to prevent an infection. Indeed, my axolotl naturally has yellow / golden iridophores on the mouth. The vet did not know if there was a bacterial infection or not, so she gave me this treatment just in case. After the treatment, the bump has disappeared. However, yesterday I noticed a white bump like a pimple in the same place as in February. If it's a bump, what should I do?

The first picture is after the first bump has disappeared (after the treatment). The other two photos were taken yesterday. You can see his "pimple".

Interesting! I've only ever heard of liquid treatments added to the water.
It kind of looks like a skin tag, but I don't know if axolotl's get them. Maybe he has bumped into the glass again? I would just keep an eye on it. Watch out for any fungus, keep temps optimal.

I will watch him carefully. If I see that the bump grows after a week, I will start treatment again. Fingers crossed!
