C. orientalis morph pics

Wow! I wish mine would morph now. They're around a week shy of four months, yet they've changed a lot. Still are a tiny bit see-through, but they've darkened drastically and their gills have shrunk a lot.

But those are some pretty juvies! =D

i know this is off the topic but by looking at the cloacas of your juvies i think u have all boys.

I don't know if you can see that this at this early stage, but if so, I still stand a chance to have some girls as well. As I have about 40 of them.

Tomorrow I end my exams, I'll make more pictures one of these days.

Here are some new pictures.
I changed one of the tanks. I removed the rock and the plastic leaves. Doing this I took away their dry places. The land area is now wet moss. I did this as I saw that some of them are starting to get back into the water and I want to encourage them and the others.

As you see, most of them have a wet tail. They hang in the water for parts, but don't go in entirely.

In the next two pictures you see one that climbed on the side of the tank and one that stays under water often, but not all the time (yet).

And last a close-up of one of the moss areas. Forgot to take a long shot.

PS: they now measure between 4-6cm

You can buy dried tropical moss at pet stores, but that is very acid. Most people won't recommend that however some say it helps keeping your tank hygienic.
The moss you see in the picture just comes from my garden

These 2 morfs are about one year old and are now heading back into the water. They only eat in the water, but they still come out half of the time.
