Can axies have lighting?

i read that they dont need lighting but is it ok to have it? wouldnt stress them out too much or anything? does anyone have lighting and does it look better?

It should be fine as long as you give them some cover. I use lighting in my terrariums but only to keep my plants healthy, and i think it does look nice! You dont need to have it on a great deal tho.

I'm with andrew on this one. They dont need lighting, and I only use lighting on the plants. As long as they've got places to get out of the light, and the light doesnt heat the water, and you dont leave the light on 24/7, it'll be fine.
