I read a thread that cherry shrimp can, but can ghosties? Thanks!

I've got about 5 ghost shrimp in with my Fire Belly and they seem to be okay. They eat left over food and other junk in the aquarium so they are well fed.

All right, thanks a lot!! I'll probably buy 5 of them then if I get some :). Thanks!

Well, I got 4 a couple days ago. I only ever find 3 so, either the one got killed or got eaten (which I would be fine with). Thanks!

If I want to add ghost shrimp to my firebelly newt’s tank should I keep the ghost shrimp separate for a bit before adding?

If you get them from a pet store or another unknown source, a quarantine for some time might be ideal to make sure they don't bring any illnesses or something else unwanted in the newt tank. If you already have had them at home for a while and they are healthy, then you can add them in.
