Cat/dog food

Hi i just wondered as ive just read an advert for some axies and it says you can feed them
cat or dog food ?? i never thought i could feed mine this as the chemicals ,salts and flavourings and cereal etc i wouldve thought wouldnt do them much good so wondered if it is something anyone on here does ? thanks in advance

I would not even in an emergency offer cat/dog food to an axolotl. Look at the ingredients, there is barely any meat in it ...

Sometimes the stupidity of people puzzles me!

Is the hint not in the title of 'cat' or 'dog' food?

I'm sure axolotls would happily eat anything but thats just cruel.
I hope whoever buys them has sense enough to come here for information on how to care for them properly.

Just goes to show, just because they'll eat it and they arn't dead doesn't mean its correct care!!!

(I think i may be a little too passionate about axolotls. Maybe I shoud get a hobby....oh wait...I dont have any room now lol)

I would never feed my Axolotls cat or dog food. Depending on the brand some foods really aren't even suitable for cats and dogs to begin with much less an axolotl. Some people!
