Well, I am wondering what the situation is to articles. Remember that the deadline is the end of January. Has anyone got news for me/us?

The Tylototriton special sounds lovely!
I've already bitten the hook, I hope this special will work out!
Looks great.

John,
Did you say you still had one of mine from before?
Feel free to use it if you wish.

Can't wait to download it John

Looks great, maybe a bit to much text on the focus of the picture (but you said all that would probably still change, so no comments then)

Well the tylototriton thing was just part of the mockup. I'm looking for any articles people might have - subject unimportant.

Alan - I don't think I can find it. Perhaps I imagined it!

Hi John,

I want more of the fantastic work of the 1 issue for this second issue. Yes I must be patient but I can´t.

Xavier.

What?, did someone say Tylototriton... ??

I will write a short piece on sperm retention in Salamandra.

Mike, that's great and very encouraging. Things have been a little quiet on this front and it's nice to hear of new articles ;).

I'm happy to write something about culturing livefoods if that's appropriate - any requests?

A livefood article would be great!

Freshwater shrimp!

If things quiet down at work I can put together a summary the seven years of failure when trying to get Ambystoma maculatum to breed......

I could try to write an article. But I'm afraid I'm still to unexperienced to write something down that doesn't sound like primary school to you all.

But I will think and think, must be something I could do.

Mike´s idea about sperm retention is perfect. Interesting topic, which in not covered regularily.

Joeri: That's why we are here to help you with the article while and when you've written it

.

Uwe: Yes, Mike's definitely hit an interesting vein, though there are papers on sperm retention in Salamanders.

Any more articles? Only two volunteer authors have discussed their writing with me: Mike East and Mike Graziano. Anyone else? There are less than 2 months left until the submission deadline.

I could try and write an article discussing the respiratory methods of caudata (including the lungless species). What do you think?
