Chinese fire belly eft shopping list review request 🛍️

Hello, everyone!
I'm looking to get a couple of fire belly efts as a complete beginner who has never owned or cared for amphibians before. I was hoping you, good people who know much much more, would be kind enough to take a look at my shopping list and review it.
Critique and advice is welcome and appreciated!

Terrarium:

30 x 30 x 20 cm ≈ 11.8 × 11.8 × 7.8 in
Substrate: Exo Terra Plantation Soil or Zoo Med Eco Earth
Plants: Java moss, creeping Jenny
Tools: Mister, thermometer, humidity gauge, shallow water dish (would a sterilized jar lid work?)
Feeding: Flightless fruit flies, springtails, pinhead crickets, microworms
Enrichment: Loose leaves, hiding caves

Ok for most of this.
Humidity gauge : probably useless. Instead make a slope so that the high side will be rather dry and the low one (with the shallow dish) will be wet (not soaked). Put some hides at diverse places and observe where they prefer to be.
For the water dish, make really shallow (+/- 1 cm water depth) with a pinch of Java moss, to avoid drown.
