Clear sac/bubble near cloacal region?!? What is this?

HELP!!!! My Axolotl has a clear sac protruding from it's cloacal region. What is this? What do I do?
 
It coud posobly be a spermataphore(if its male) or eggs(if its female)
 
any chance of a photo, but does sound like could possibly be spermataphore or eggs
 
Actually what it sounds like is a prolapse which is a grave medical condition that typically requires the intervention of a vet.

I'm with Ed (then, whoever really disagrees with Ed?). Spermatophores and eggs resemble jelly, not clear sacs.
