Cluster of little bumps near back leg?

So I've had my first axie for a couple of weeks now and ever since i got him home and looked at him properly theres been a cluster of little bumps near his back leg... They havent seemed to change but I just want to know what they are and how to treat it?

In that case it was parasites.
