So I recently got a female axie and she doesn't eat very well at all. The place is got her from was only feeding her newt pellets (NEWT?!?!! FOR REAL?) And had her in a 7.5 upright square tank so she was essentially miserable and I'm trying to get her to eat worms or blood worms but she just won't so I put some pellets in with her and she ignores them!!! Her water is 63-64 degrees she has hiders and very minimal water flow in a 20L gallon tank... I feel like she is starving herself... would it be wise to get shrimp or feeder fish and keep them in there so theyre there if she gets hungry???

My axie have less appitite when their tank temperature are below 65f, they'll eat like pig when the temperature are around 68f.

My tank is around 74 and Stellios eats like a pig. I just started up a red wiggler composting bin in the hopes that they will breed and he will have a constant food supply. It's going to take a while for them to be big enough in number before I can start using them though.
