For a some time now I've been hoping to keep some H. cyanurus and while I know there are a few people who breed them in the US, they seem hard to track down here in the UK.
I know there was at least one shipment of them into the UK a few years ago because I saw them for sale in poor shape in our local aquatic shops and garden centres, did anyone manage to breed from those?
This isn't a wanted add, I'm just wondering if anyone still has them and what my chances are of finding some if I make room for another tank with them in mind?.

I don't know of any in the UK, but there are certainly a few keepers of this species in the rest of Europe. You shouldn't have any problems getting some in the next few years.;)
