haha yeah.

Just decided to give both of em a try on them and neither appear to be worried at all, just slurp em down.

Barney has actually been eating worms as long as his body!

The only issue is, if the worm goes on the prowl can get in behind the netting for the moss wall.

Not fun getting it out.

Now i keep watching until I'm sure its been swallowed

oh he's lovely, love the lighter coloured wilds :) Also love the swimming ones, my wild Jabba swam loads to start with but the bigger he has got the less he swims. Mojo is the swimmer now but again he is the biggest so not as much, miss watching them swim is fun to watch.

Love his tank, sure he is going to be one very happy axie

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
