Disinfectant

Hello!
For entirely cleaning out a previously used tank, what disinfectant is safe to use? Will I be alright to buy a product that's advertised as safe for amphibians? Are there certain chemicals I should avoid?

All you need to celan a preloved tank is hot water and elbow power. If you think you need something more powerful you can use vinegar, as long as you rinse it well.
