Question: Does my axolotl look healthy?

She seems to be stressed a lot of the time but I wouldn't know because she is my first axolotl. She is about 7 months old. Please help.

Based off the photo I can't see anything to suggest that she is showing signs of ill health. But the quality of the photo is not great. What signs of stress is she displaying? Have you tested the parameters? What are the parameters? What diet is she on?

Has she got dark areas to hide and just feel safe?.....hides, caves, plants?

She looks a little blurry but looks good.
