Illness/Sickness: Emergency please help

Woke up today to one of my axolotls with a huge bulb off its anus. Please tell me what to do this is the third axolotl I loose in 2 weeks

I can't tell from the picture myself. Does the bulb look red and swollen or does it look normal and just the bump appeared?

It's transparent with veins sticking out kinda looks like she pooped out her guts

Here's a little update on Hiki: I took her to the vet and what she had was a prolapse and her bladder was outside of her body. The vet managed to fix the prolapse and upon analysis of some fecal matter the presence of amobea was discovered. Now she's back at home taking a bath in metronidazole along side all the other axolotls. Fingers crossed but her prognosis is really good so far. She's a fighter and a really brave little axy
