Empty tank needs inhabitants

Looking for some ideas of what to put in a former dart tank 24'' long 18''H. There is to much scaping/height to tank to make viable for a sal tank. It will be kept in the basement which drops to low 50's in the winter. I will use a heating pad to warm but that will only do so much. I am thinking some sort of frogs...Any ideas?

I like the dart frogs but the keeping the temps in the tank above 65-70 in the winter is a huge chore...

Sounds like a good axolotl tank. anything under 70 and above freezing works.
