I'm setting up a 40 gallon breeder which will eventually by home to my 3 juvies. I'm considering blue or purple Crayola play sand for the substrate but up until now they've only had barebottom. I'm a little worried that tank maintenance will be a lot more difficult or I'll have problems with sand settling. Any tips or opinions on sand vs barebottom and this particular brand of sand??
