I was wondering if any of these would be good feeders? I'm actually paranoid about the triops since they will eat meat, so they might injure my newt.

Newly-hatched fairy shrimp are excellent for newt larvae. Triops become rather tough and vicious as they grow, so I don't see them being a viable food source, except maybe when they are tiny.

I don't know much about adult fairy shrimp, so I'll leave that to someone else to answer. I do know that scuds (another kind of freshwater shrimp) are excellent.

fiary shrimps aren't predatory so newts should be able to eat them although if the triops are young then they shoud eat them but if they grow triops can get pretty big depending on their surrondings.
I plan on feeding them fairy shrimp as it's less risky
