Yes and no. It is possible to feed them mealworms, but there are a couple of problems. One, mealworms are not the best thing nutritionally (high fat, low calcium), so they should not be the primary diet. Two, they may be too large. Three, they are a rather "crusty" food, which may be more difficult to digest than softer foods.
