What does everyone feed their baby salamanders? Mine are fresh out of the water and the size of my thumbnail when curled up. I'm not sure what to feed these guys at this size that's small enough besides fruit fly larvae. If anyone has suggestions please let me know

I've got an isopod and earthworm 'farm' set up in plastic containers. I read that you can chop earthworms in little pieces and feed them to small salamanders. But I'm not sure if that's also recommended for new hatchlings?
