Feeding time

I recently started feeding in bowls inside my tanks, so that I can better track how much everyone is eating; and so that I can continue trying to fatten Margaret up.

She's actually begun gaining weight again (YAY!), and taking to the bowl quite well:

Meanwhile, Lita doesn't seem to get it:

Triton and Steve, figuring it out all over again (dunno why these came out so yellow!):

what are you using for the bowl in the last few pics???....very nice

It's a plastic condiment bowl from a restaurant, that I accidentally put into my take-away box one day while packing up my food to bring home. Oops.

I had to put a rock in the bottom of it to keep it from floating.

The white one is the same type of thing, but paid for, hehe.

John: thank you! It took SO long to come up with those. I fed them, and then sat on the floor in front of the tanks for AN HOUR just shooting and shooting - I think I must have taken over a hundred pictures, and these were the best ones (still working on understanding my dig. camera).

My dogs thought I was on crack.
