Filming axolotl :-)

Hello all,

I am an artist and filmaker from Scotland but living in the Netherlands. I have been fascinated with axolotl for some time and am now working on a new project looking at axolotl and their regenerative abilities.

I am currently looking to film axolotl with an underwater camera and wondered whether there are any axolotl owners or breeders in The Netherlands, Belgium or Scotland (I will be there in a few weeks) who might be willing to allow me to film their axolotl?

I would also be grateful for suggestions of other breeders / aquariums / zoos I could try? I want to be sure I don't contaminate the tank or cause the axolotl any distress in the process of the filming.

I can't help much with the filming part... Unless I send you footage of my own axolotl, but I thought I'd say hi anyway and offer help in another aspect - I'm a film editor/vfx artist.
