Fire salamander not active at all

Hello, my juvenile fire salamander started to act weird, it doesn t move much, it doesn’t hide anymore, it is a little chubby, i used to feed him 2 times a week, i keep it in my room and here are like 19-23 C degrees, is it sick? It does absolutely nothing

That is a little on the warm side. Be sure he has a water dish or water area to get in.
