Fish food dumped into tank.

When I was adding water into the axolotl tank, my little sister dumped 2 containers of goldfish and tropical fish food into the tank. I scooped out all that I could, but the water is extremely cloudy, i can't even see 2 inches from the front! The canister filter is running, is there anything else i can do?

I would measure those parameters closely. Ideally move your axies into sick tubs for now incase there is a deadly spike in one of the three parameters. Once you know that food is now mostly nitrates, drain the water and this time you can probably drain more than usual since I would imagine the nitrates levels will go up big time.
