I came downstairs just before and my axolotl Dotti was trying to (what it seemed like to me) get out of the tank to get air. She had her whole head out of the water and was trying to swim up higher. When I came down her tank was at an astounding 26 degrees and she couldn't get down to the bottom. The top of her head was out of the water and I noticed that she had white spots on the top of her head and around her tail. I just put her in the fridge and she seems to be freaking out like hardcore.
I changed 100% of her tank water (her tank is only like 30-35lt) and I'm about to do tests on the water. Before I changed it her ammonia was quite bad and her pH was high.

HELP! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

26C is high for axolotls. See if you can get it down to 18C. Floating ice bottles and a fan with help lower the temperature.

With the ammonia levels, I'm guess that you haven't cycled the tank

You should get a bigger tank, keep it cool, and keep it clean.
