I have read others post about this but u can't seem to find my situation. He is not swimming around his tank but it jut seems as though he han not stay on the ground because when he gets there he just starts floating right back to the top... What could this be?

I think he or she is constipated, if the clacoa is swollen it's definitely constipation.
If this is the case you should put it in a tank with a lower water level so it stay's on the ground.

Thank you for this info .... I separated him into the little tank I got him in with little water he seems to be doing better still floating at the top but not all the time and he has pppped since I put him In there so that's good
