Floating juvvie

I've got an 8 week old juvvie who's spent most of the last two days floating on the surface. Several of his siblings do similar but he typically ends up on his side or upside down, and he struggles to dive. Is there anything I can do for him?

Look at all the other posts about floating axolotls. Some just feel like floating, other times its due to water quality/temp, but if its serious you'll know by comparing to the other users' posts.
