Forward gills?

My axies gills were in this position this morning. She/he has always had gills that pointed almost straight up but this is new.

PH 7.4
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10-20 ppm
Temp 63.8
Cannister filter on half throttle pointed up and at the back.
1 air stone
She is still eating a half to fill earthworm every other day.

if her gills are long then it isn't unusual for some to be slightly curled and is normal, a stressed axolotl will display other symptoms such as hooked tail end, lack of appetite, erratic behaviour.
