Frozen bloodworms

hi,
i intend to keep Cynops orientalis in my campus hostel and keep frozen bloodworms in my fridge, as bloodworms dun smell good i was wondering if puting them in a airtight container before placing them in the fridge will prevent the leakage of their smell in the fridge

just wrap them in newspaper, and put them in a plastic bag and they'll be fine. i do mine like that, no smell.
