Fungus problem on my axolotl

Hi everyone, I am having a major problem with my axolotls. I always feed them with bleed worms. Last week, I dig up earth worms from the back yard and fed it to them. I fed them earthworms on Monday and they were fine until Friday. Friday, I see white cotton spot on their skin. Saturday, I see more fungus on them. I added 10ml of api melafix and pimafix in my 20g tank. Today is Sunday, I see a whole coat of fungus on their skin. They have been not eating since Saturday. My water test came back all good except ph was a bit low. Right now I give them black tea bath 2 times a day for 10 mins for past two days. Please advise what to do to save my axolotls.
